Some of the challenges/recipes get pretty hard, but there's plenty of easier ones that anyone could enjoy. I'd recommend this game to anyone with a DS. The only thing I was less than happy with in Cooking Mama 2 is the 2-player mode, but even if I'd known what it was like before buying the game, I still would have spent the money. They're mostly to decorate pictures you can take of your finished recipes, but a few are to dress up mama and customize the top screen and the items you use during gameplay. Throughout the game, you get to unlock a lot of neat little extras. In the first mode, cook with mama, you learn all of the different methods of preparing the foods and in let's cook, you're sort of tested on it. In the game, you follow directions to prepare foods in two different modes - cook with mama and let's cook.
